Barky Box Vocal Microphone

The return of the Barky! A perennial favorite has landed at Big Cartel. We've always carried this lofi verbalizer as a parallel partner to our other mouthy pal, the Town & Mouth Report, yet for whatever reasons we failed to stock it on Big Cartel. A recent batch of wrong-sized-enclosures changed all of that, and wouldn't you know, we couldn't be happier!

The new Barky Box is housed in a sturdy 3 x 2 x 1 inch ABS plastic project box. The microphone element is mounted with silicone and terminated to a quarter inch jack. A momentary switch tops off the device; one click and you're off and shouting! We should point out that the Barky Box is a passive mic and therefore requires a preamp. As such, we have found that the Barky sounds awesome through heavy FX, blorpy synthesis, guitar amps, or your mixer of choice. Keep in mind that there will be signal bleed when using high gain effects such as distortion. If this is a concern, we also offer a Barky featuring an additional kill switch - just select "2 SWITCH" in the variants.
