Plug Ugly Contact Microphone
Introducing the Plug Ugly Contact Microphone. Like its previous iterations over the years, the Plug Ugly is a transducer designed to withstand the misuse of our noise brethren, from foley artists to that nude dude rolling around with the busted amplified folding chair. Constructed with our go-to 35mm piezo & a quarter inch jack, the Plug Ugly is housed in a cake of silicone which is wrapped in a tidy coat of heat shrink. The Plug Ugly accepts any length standard guitar cable, making it an ideal plug and play device; maneuvering guitar pedals with ease and offering up plenty of headroom without sounding tinny. Did we mention that it's even been dragged behind a Toyota or two?
Highly recommended for percussive use and harsh noise abuse.
